Everyone is welcome to use library resources inside the library. The Newberg Public Library is supported by the residents living within the city limits of Newberg. In addition, there are also cooperative agreements with other areas that provide tax support for the library. There are different types of library cards available. Which one you qualify for depends on where you live.

The department that manages your water bill is called Utility Billing. This is because your utility bill covers more than just your water usage. The City charges fees to support our water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation services.
