The Code Compliance Officer works with and educates citizens, business owners, neighborhood associations, and other city departments to address and correct issues that affect the safety and quality of our community.

When a Code Compliance condition exists:

  • We first seek voluntary compliance
  • Formal enforcement actions can be utilized when necessary
