INSTRUCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Get LIABILITY INSURANCE, required by the City. Every applicant shall provide the City with a Certificate of Liability Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement naming the City of Newberg, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as an additional insured at least 30 days prior to the event. Purchase liability insurance in the amount dictated by the current Oregon Tort Claims Act ORS 30.272(4).

Complete the RESERVATION PERMIT FORM. Allow 10 working days to process the application. Applications with a sound permit require 30 days to process.
The applicant assumes full responsibility for any and all damage & including clean-up during the event.
Gather REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Copy of LIABILITY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - the limits change on a yearly basis so be sure to refer to the Reservation Permit Form or ORS 30.272(4) for accurate limits.
Copy of SOUND PERMIT (if event will broadcast applified sound)

- Submitting an application does not guarantee the reservation.
