PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY R-O-W PERMIT IS REQUIRED IF YOU PERFORM ANY OPERATIONS IN A PUBLIC ROW.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Containers such as Moving Containers
- Dumpsters
- Construction work that requires a ROW to be blocked off
- Blocking off a ROW for special events
Any work done in the ROW must be maintained in a save manner at all times.
Any structure, construction activity or other activity will not interfere with the health and safety of the public.
The owner will hold the City harmless for any damage or injuries caused by the permitted use

The permit is to be for a specific time period and must be stated on this permit.
If you will be blocking the streets Police dispatch must be notified.
If Public R-O-W is going to be obstructed during evening hours you must use lighted barricades.
