- The plan review process is typically 6-8 weeks.
- When submitting a permit please provide the following items:

- Site plans - required when submitting construction plans
- Supporting documents
- typically elevation, foundation, roof framing, wall section and floor plans are submitted.
- Additional items that may be submitted.
- Engineering
- Prescriptive Solar Checklist Required Forms - Residential Only
- Any Additional Documents Necessary
PAYMENT
- Payment is available online with OpenGov
ELECTRONIC PLANS ARE REQUIRED
- Permits are required to be submitted electronically as of April 1, 2022
PREVISIONS, DEFERRED, ASI OR RFI's
- Revisions, deferreds, ASI's or RFI's are available for submittal online with OpenGov.
