The Springbrook Oaks Specific Plan was adopted in August of 1999 and is intended to provide a Coordinated framework for development of one of the larges undeveloped areas in Newberg. Springbrook Oaks will be a mixed use development, containing Multi-family and Single Family Residential, office and industrial uses. The Specific plan establishes a framework plan for and use, streets and utilities for the approximately 284-acre parcel located southeast of the Springbrook road/highway 99W intersection.
