JAMES DINGWALL, AICP joined the Planning Team in July 2023. James joins the City’s team with experience in development services at the City of Hillsboro and the private sector, economic development focused work in Americorps positions in Colorado and New Mexico, and as a former Peace Corps volunteer. Additionally, his educational background includes recent attainment of a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
