LEANNE WAGNER, APA, ISA joined the Planning Team in June 2023. Leanne comes to the City’s team with a diverse background including both public and private sector experience. Most recently she served as the Landscape Planner for the City of Carrolton, TX. However, her earlier professional experience was in the private sector working in landscape architecture and planning firms in Oregon, Texas, and Montana. Additionally, Leanne earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), and a Master of Human Geography from Lund University, Sweden.
