What this means to you:
If you run a business in Newberg you will receive a Business Environmental Survey by mail every few years. This required survey informs our staff how to categorize businesses and determine who needs to comply with the state regulations.

Please note: Pretreatment rules are in addition to regulations set by Depts. of Health and Agriculture and apply to both small and large businesses.
