The Uncertain Road to Independence: An American Revolution Retrospective
Join us for a series of lectures presented by local professor emeritus of history, Paul Otto.
The American Revolution, which led to independence from the British crown, was not predetermined or foreordained. This series of lectures explores the steps English colonists took that unexpectedly led them from loyal British subjects to American patriots, from dependent colonies to a sovereign nation.
